“Hi,first of all Room was dirty,n”

I spent four nights in room 403 and the staff, especially an elderly gentleman named Mr. Jabbar, were genuinely helpful and friendly. The first couple of days the food was tasty—especially the pabda fish and the taki vorta. Unfortunately the room itself was a let‑down: it didn’t match the photos, the linens were old and stained, some beds had springs while others didn’t, and the bathroom smelled and looked unclean.

The price they quoted in dollars wasn’t based on the official bank rate; they used a higher local market conversion instead, which felt a bit off. Everything else was fine, but that pricing method left a sour taste. I’d watch the exchange calculation next time.

The reception was unfriendly and they overcharged by using a conversion rate that favored them over the official dollar‑to‑taka rate. The room was dirty, the blankets smelled, and the bathroom was far from clean. Overall, the staff’s attitude and the lack of basic hygiene made the stay unpleasant.

“Booked for 3 nights but not stay one night and other 2 nights not sleeping stay sit on the bed really bad experience in”

Nothing good to mention—just a dirty floor and stained bedsheets. To make matters worse we found bedbugs on the mattress, and my kids got badly bitten, leaving their hands swollen. I wouldn’t stay here again.

From check‑in to checkout the experience was disappointing. The room was advertised as sound‑proof but it was anything but quiet, and the cleanliness was poor. The bed was old, hard, and uncomfortable, so I couldn’t get any sleep. I’d steer clear of this place.
