I booked two rooms at the same rate, but the experiences differed. One room met my expectations, while the other fell short. It had no view, which was disappointing. The staff were polite and helpful, but they could use more training to raise their professionalism and appearance. Overall the stay was average, and I hope the hotel can maintain consistent room quality for everyone.

From the hotel we could walk to the Palace, the art museum, and the silk shops.
