“Completely exceeded my expectations!”
The hotel blew my expectations out of the water in almost every aspect. The room was bright, roomy, and spotless—by far the biggest I've seen in Korea at this price point, and the bathroom was even larger than I imagined. I was delighted to find a full‑size towel instead of the usual face towel, and every floor had a water dispenser, making it easy to refill a reusable bottle instead of buying single‑use plastic. Breakfast was solid, offering toast with peanut butter & jelly, ham, eggs, cereal, dairy milk, soy milk, and coffee from an espresso machine. The location was perfect: a 10‑minute walk to the tombs and the main tourist strip, but far enough from the crowds to stay quiet. The front desk stocked plenty of travel info—transport options, sights, eateries, and more—and was extremely helpful. The only hiccup was a fragrance in the room that made me feel a bit nauseous on arrival, but opening the windows cleared it up within a few hours.
