“Un lugar básico.”

The location is good because it’s a quiet area, and the staff are friendly. I felt the place was basic and functional, with nothing that makes it stand out. It’s very dark, making it impossible to get dressed in the room because everything is dim. The bedding and especially the towels look like they’ve been used for ten years, which is a bit annoying. It’s a basic hotel with nothing special, and the breakfast is very ordinary.

“¡Un remanso de paz en El Poblado, perfecto para descubrir Medellín! 🌿”

I had a very pleasant stay! The hotel sits in a very quiet residential area of El Poblado, with no noise and still relatively close to everything—exactly what I wanted for my first trip to Medellín, where I wanted to stay in a safe neighborhood. The room is simple but has all the necessary comforts: a comfortable bed, a good shower, a hair dryer, and toiletries. I felt very comfortable from the first moment. Breakfast offers four simple but tasty options, served in a beautiful inner garden. The staff were very friendly and gave me good advice on activities and places to visit. A calm and welcoming hotel where I had everything I needed to enjoy Medellín! 😊

“Hôtel pratique mais pas à la hauteur”

The neighborhood is calm and secure, the air conditioning is appreciated, the room is spacious and we slept relatively quietly. Breakfast is decent but nothing special. The staff are really not up to the Colombian hospitality standard; we never had that kind of welcome—cold, no smiles. I had to contact them via Booking and they never responded! We had laundry done and the clothes were returned in a trash bag all wrinkled—great!
