The location, staff, and cleanliness were all good, but the double beds were in poor condition, with mattresses that sagged noticeably.

The location is fine, but there’s no parking, breakfasts are lacking for a hotel of this category, and the main door is decorated with plastic plants.

The double bed was great, the peace and quiet were perfect, and the location was spot on. Reception staff were friendly, the key had a code, the room was clean, the air‑conditioning worked well, and the fridge was handy – everything was fine overall. Also, there’s a nearby public parking that gives a small discount if you prove you stayed at Hotel Convento del Giraldo. The only downside was the short shower curtains that let droplets fall onto the floor outside the tub, and another issue I can’t explain – many hotels, including this one, don’t provide a toilet brush.
