The location, price, and cleanliness were all good, and the service was surprisingly friendly—everyone we spoke to was very nice. At this price I wasn’t expecting everything to be perfect, but it was. The place feels a little dated but has been updated; the water pressure is great and it’s clean.

The bathtub had handrails, and the tub faucet was pulled several inches away from the tub.
