The hotel is close to a red line station that goes straight to Milan’s center. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and towels were changed and beds made daily. Breakfast was quite pleasant, offering a variety of cakes, croissants, sliced bread, fruit, boiled eggs, and various drinks. It seemed like the hotel is undergoing improvements. The bathroom in the room was too small for a room meant for four people; a person sitting on the toilet would hit the bidet with their knees, and the shower base was also too small for someone to enter properly, requiring them to get in sideways.

The meals were tasty, but I never got a towel each day and I was charged city tax twice—once through Booking and again by the front desk staff who asked for cash.

The staff were very welcoming, the room was spotless, and the breakfast was also very good.
