The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful, arranging transfers and storing luggage so we could make the most of our last few hours before heading to the airport. When we asked for more water, we got it within minutes, and when we inquired about laundry at reception, it was collected before we even returned to the room. Breakfast was exceptional, the room was well equipped and comfortable, and the retractable washing line for a quick laundry was an unexpected welcome touch. I highly recommend staying here if you’re in Chennai! No complaints at all.
