The place is very clean and beautiful. Breakfast is okay, but they should offer more variety and improve the bread selection.

Nice team, very professional. The food was good and the environment relaxing. Kayak is the best activity. The bathroom was 🎉. Lack of drinking water, especially when staying several days, and no shop nearby.

“A place to rejuvenate and reconnect”

The calm, green, and clean environment is great. Breakfast is excellent, and the massage and kayak are enjoyable. The team is professional, and both indoor and outdoor bathrooms are wonderful. Waiting time at the restaurant is too long, and there isn’t enough drinking water in the room.

“Beautiful property and potential but staff and lack of management is holding it back.”

Beautiful property, room looks exactly as advertised. The staff. The staff did not have uniform so you don’t know who’s working there or not. It took 2hours to get food. Room service has to be ordered on WhatsApp with no menu, the food came to the room uncovered resulting in flys on the food. The coffee flask wasn’t washed so it tasted like the ginger before. My sister had to go in the kitchen herself and make her own eggs because the staff didn’t know how to make a simple omelette. They were extremely slow and the waitress had an attitude

It’s incredibly quiet and detached from the real world. The only downside is bugs that enter the room, likely due to the lush greenery.
