“Great and accessable comfort”

The hotel is the best budget option in Tokyo; the staff were professional and supplied everything we needed, the rooms were spotless and quiet, and the kitchen atmosphere was pleasant. The only drawback was that speaking English with the staff was sometimes challenging—most of them understood us eventually, but it wasn’t always easy.

“A very disappointing stay—poor cleanliness, rude staff and no value for money.”

I had nothing enjoyable about this stay. It was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to, and I regret the money I spent. I booked three rooms and found the cleanliness and service consistently disappointing across all of them. The staff were rude and unhelpful, especially at checkout, and when we were traveling with children and a lot of luggage they offered no assistance. I paid for comfort, cleanliness, and good service, but none of those were delivered, making the stay absolutely not worth the money.

From check‑in to using the restaurant, the staff explained everything very carefully, which made my first stay here reassuring. I didn’t expect the room to be that large, but it was compactly arranged and comfortable. There were no particular issues.

The room was very comfortable, with a nice window view, a good bed, quiet surroundings, and an excellent shower. The hotel’s fitness centre was good, though I didn’t have time to use it this time and would try it next visit. The restaurant served excellent breakfast and dinner meals. On the second day, the reception mistakenly gave my room key to another guest arriving early, allowing them access at 2 AM; they quickly realized the error and had their keys changed. The next morning, after I went to the restaurant for breakfast, I couldn’t enter my room because my access card had been cancelled, so I had to go back to reception to have it reprogrammed.

“Very cool place with a great offering all round close to trains busses and shopping”

Everything it was new,good size rooms bathroom clean staff great breakfast and coffee transport both local and Tokyo station ,shopping close as well. Noth8ng
