Fra I Sassi Residence

“Bárbaro”

La ubicación del lugar y la experiencia de alojarse en una cueva. El personal muy amable y un riquísimo desayuno para arrancar el día de recorrida por el sassi

“Beautiful location”

The location is fabulous with beautiful views. They have small tables and chairs where you can sit outside and enjoy the views. The staff was very kind, professional, helpful and always responsive. There are a lot of steps! Not a negative but something to be aware of. The breakfast was just ok. Some cut fruit and perhaps hard boiled eggs would have been nice. Lots of bread and pastry options

“Great views and great location!”

Helpful staff and great location. Great views from our room and common patio. We had Aperol Spritz on the terrace and watched the sun go down! We also loved the breakfast. We also enjoyed the candies. Lots of stairs to get to our room but this is common given that you’re in the old city. The bed was not very comfortable

Very big room with best view towards Sassi. Extremely happy with the stay. Shuttle bus service makes it super convenient to travel by car. Very delicious breakfast highly recommended if you come to Matera
