The location was great, just a stone’s throw from stations and shops. The room was clean, though the toilet and shower area were small. There was a shared kitchen, but it lacked cutlery, pots, pans, plates, a table, and chairs for cooking and eating. We stayed for four nights, spending most days exploring London and returning only to rest. We slept well throughout, and the price was good for two adults and a child. Highly recommended.

Two friends and I liked that the room had two 140 cm beds. The room was decent, the beds were newer than in the photos. The sheets were clean. We were given three bath towels each. There was a power socket on each side of the bed. No bed‑bug stains were visible. We thought it was convenient that the place was close to Shepherd's Bush metro, but the street to get there is unsafe for two young women. Between the homeless people and dealers, the smell of cannabis and urine, we were assaulted by a drug‑addicted woman who hit us to steal our food order. This was my fifth stay in this city, the first and last in this neighbourhood. The walls were dirty, covered with small spots. The shower in the bathroom was mouldy and a sour mould smell filled the whole room even though the VMC was on all day. When we unfolded the sheets to speed up the cleaning, we found many large stains on the duvets. The bathroom trash bin lid was broken. There was no bedside table. The Wi‑Fi password didn’t work. The wardrobe fell apart.

The location, the cleanliness, and the staff’s availability were all great. The bathroom was small and there was no small table (even a fold‑down one) in the room.

The location was close to the metro. The beds weren’t very comfortable, it was very hot in the room, and there was no air conditioning.
