I loved the spacious and beautiful rooms, and it was super convenient having a direct exit to the mall - it's only a 15-minute walk from my place. However, I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast selection, and the room wasn't cleaned often enough - when I first checked in, it was pretty messy. Also, I was surprised that the staff didn't speak much English, considering it's an international hotel.

Everything was perfect! The buffet breakfast had an amazing selection, the staff were kind and helpful, and our room on the 37th floor had a stunning view. The room was clean, with fresh bottled water provided daily. The location wasn't central or beachside, but public transport was easy to get around. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend!
