The restaurant, which is not part of the accommodation, is excellent. The room was only moderately cleaned, with hair in the bathroom and the trash cans still full of the previous guests’ rubbish. There is a breakfast room, but no breakfast is offered, nor can you order it on site. The staff were not present, the room was not cleaned at all during the five days, there were only two towels and half a roll of toilet paper for five days. And all this for a price that would have gotten you a proper hotel with breakfast in Hamburg. The bill was only provided after two inquiries.
