“Very disappointed and feel tricked based on the reviews and listing.”

The front desk staff were very friendly, but all the rooms were dated and odd. The first room we checked into looked nothing like the pictures and the lights didn’t work. We upgraded to a suite for more space, but the neighbors were incredibly loud, there were rodent sounds in the walls and ceiling behind the bed, and the beds were so uncomfortable we barely slept. We tried to use the mini‑golf area, but there were no balls, clubs, or staff to assist. Overall, it was super disappointing, and for the price we paid we could have stayed somewhere far more comfortable. I won’t stay again and I’m not sure how it has the reviews it does.

“Foi uma experiência horrível.”

I only liked the reception staff. The photos on the site do not match reality; the bathroom sink was clogged, water dripped slowly, the air conditioner felt like an airplane turbine, and the hotel looked beautiful online but was not true, especially on the side of the street where we stayed.

“Not worth the stay even though the staff were friendly on arrival and checkout.”

The gym across the road was handy, and we only used that pool even though there were others. The place feels old and needs a makeover. We came from abroad and wanted a kitchenette with basic crockery or cutlery; there was no plug in the kitchen basin, no dishwashing liquid, and no cloths—only the larger suites had those. The permanent resident next door smoked cigarettes and weed all day, and the smoke drifted into our no‑smoking unit, which was a problem for our small kids.

I paid $3000 to stay a week at one of the Winham hotels for much less at the Legacy, but I felt the same as if I were at one of the priciest, and with my experience over the years, Florida really is worth it.

It’s in a pretty good area. The beds looked like they were from 20 years ago, the blankets were super old and torn, and the carpet was dirty.
