The hotel's location was definitely its strong point - it was very convenient for getting around

The staff were polite. The TV screen had a small crack.
The location near the MRT and the large mall was convenient, and the breakfast – especially the coffee – was excellent. Each dish was tasty, though it was an unusual choice for Europeans. On the first night we were assigned a windowless room right next to the elevators, which was very noisy. We asked for a quieter room with a window, but that room still had street noise. The laundry service cost 200 Baht per kilogram, and in the end some items were missing; when we asked, we were told all items had been returned, which cannot be true.

Breakfast was a disappointment – instead of a full buffet we could only pick one plate from a limited menu and the quality was very low, and the lady at the reception was extremely rude, older than the others and wore glasses.
