I liked the location, the apartment was very organized, the Park team is wonderful, and the cleaning and security also caught my attention; it’s great for families with small children.
The club was great and the location superb, with a very good price. The apartment itself needed renovations, water was leaking in the bathroom and the bed was awful – I booked two nights but only stayed one because I couldn’t sleep on that terrible bed.
The pools were nice. The room was small and the beds were hard.

I’ve been a fan of L’acqua de Roma for years and the cleanliness, service and security were spot on. The TVs, however, could use an upgrade and next time I’ll skip the two‑bathroom apartment because I don’t need that extra space; I’d rather have a larger kitchen like the other rooms that only have one bathroom.

Having two bathrooms really mattered, the park was open 24 hours and they supplied pillows. We did spot a cockroach and a tiny spider inside the apartment, and the park was packed.
