“Please don't book”

Very disappointing stay booked . The hotel was completely different from the photos shown online — dirty, filthy, and badly maintained. Customer service was also unhelpful. Would not recommend. Misleading pictures and terrible experience. The hotel booked was dirty and nothing like advertised. Poor support from customer service made it even worse. Extremely unhappy with this booking. The property shown online was not the same in reality. Dirty rooms, poor hygiene, and disappointing service . False advertising at its worst. The hotel looked good in pictures but was filthy and poorly maintained in person. Very poor response customer support. Would never book again after this experience. “Don’t step a finger in this place.”

Nothing. We received the worst service I ever faced. We arrived late night, we receive a room with fan falling of the wall and shower head falling while taking a shower. They moved us to a room that they knew didn’t had electricity. It was agreed faced to faced with the manager we will get our money back, then on WhatsApp they also wrote it is in progress while asking my bank details for the refund. After 3 weeks while I need to ask everyday what’s going on and most of the time no one is answering me, they suddenly said “higher management” decided they won’t give us our money back. Also while calling the office to explain the situation and ask to get what was promised to us, the man kept repeating himself like a broken record that don’t agree and there is not higher manager to talk to us. For different member of the family that was exactly in the same situation they returned the money, but for us when we were no longer in India and has nothing to do with that, they just ignoring us and ignoring what they promised face to face and in writing. I can supply any documentation for the terrible room + screenshots of their promises to refund me. Don’t paid them anything in advance Don’t stay at this hotel unless you won’t to have terrible vacation, service, and a waste of your money

“The balcony and garden view redeemed the substandard of the hotel”

The highlight of my stay was sitting on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the gardens. The room itself was decent, with a comfy bed and all the essentials. However, things took a turn for the worse when I discovered that the room was dusty and not clean. The balcony was in the same state, and I had to ask for clean towels and a bin emptying. To top it all off, breakfast was a letdown, with limited options and a lack of fresh fruit.

“Overall, I had a pleasant stay and didn't have much to complain about”

What should have been a pleasant stay was marred by a bizarre incident involving a taxi driver and some overzealous staff members. Apparently, parking in front of the property was a no-go, and we were told to park on the main road instead. The management needs to get a grip on these 'dadagiris' who think they can dictate to guests. On a positive note, breakfast was surprisingly good for a 2-star property. However, the ceiling of the sit-out balcony was in desperate need of painting.

“Not worth 5.5k a night”

The location of this place was a major plus - it's just a short walk from the beach. The staff was also friendly and efficient. However, the rooms were a different story altogether. They were not well-maintained, and the bathroom was in a sorry state. It's clear that the property needs some serious TLC.
