“Schönes Hotel in herrlicher Umgebung.”

The breakfast had a wide variety and the staff were very courteous. The sauna under the roof was perfect for relaxing after my long bike ride. On Thursday, the restaurant didn’t offer a la carte options, which was disappointing.

Everything was fine except one issue: the shower fixture already had a defect upon arrival, with low pressure and the temperature constantly shifting between cold and hot, and it couldn’t be adjusted. We reported it on Thursday and again on Friday; they said the technicians were overloaded and that we could shower in the wellness area on the 3rd floor instead. Showering is part of the relaxation, and a minor flaw in a booked room shouldn’t be tolerated. For us, it was unacceptable because the faucet was replaced in a maximum of 15 minutes—sorry, with the shower hose, swapping three screws is a child’s play! That’s not acceptable.

Breakfast and location were great, but the directions to the hotel could be clearer, and it should be stated that a half‑board option is available.

“Superbe, excellent”

For a last‑minute organized trip, we didn’t expect much, yet the apartment was superb and the three‑bedroom suite suited our large family well. Breakfast was delicious and varied with local products, and the restaurant and staff were excellent. Only a slight lack of storage in the bathrooms, nothing serious.
