“Può migliorare”
The location and room size were good, but the room was very large and could comfortably fit four people with a double bed and two bunk beds. Unfortunately, some aspects of the stay fell short of expectations. The only window faced a very close light well, offering little privacy. In the shower cubicle, tile grout was moldy and there was no mat to step out onto. For four guests, a 30‑liter water heater set at the minimum might be insufficient. I was also concerned about safety: the bathroom hair dryer and kettle had Schuko plugs forced into Italian sockets without proper grounding. The fridge was full of ice. Finally, I noticed a lack of small touches that I usually find in other properties, such as two water bottles and some coffee pods. The machine was in the common area but unusable without pods. The room is large and the location on Via Toledo is certainly convenient, but to make the stay more comfortable and safe, the property would need more care and attention in its management.
