“The check in guy was great!”
It was convenient for where I needed to go. The restaurant did not open at the posted time, so we had to order pizza delivery.

The spot was convenient, but I had to pay for parking in the lot and the front desk lady was rude, so I won’t return.

The overnight front desk staff was fantastic, making my 1am check‑in smooth and arranging the early‑morning shuttle to the airport; the close location let me catch some rest between flights.

The room was clean with nice décor and close to the cruise terminal and shopping area, but there was no free breakfast—something I missed before booking—and the green‑tinted hot tub was out of service.
