I didn’t like anything. I only had to book this place because I couldn’t get into another property; I ended up staying there with a late check‑in because no one was there at the scheduled time. I then cancelled this booking, but they denied a refund, even though later I saw they were full—apparently they let one of their rooms in twice that night. That feels very dubious to me.
