The location was great, but the room wasn’t clean and we only received one pillow; there were no extra items in the room.

Nothing good to say. The room smelled like harsh chemicals and within seconds I knew we couldn’t stay there. Checking in for our two rooms took over 30 minutes—a stupid, cumbersome process. We told the front desk we wouldn’t stay, and the staff member spent another 25 minutes talking to a supervisor before finally agreeing to give us a full refund.

“Mistake made on my part. Pictures were deceiving. Would not stay there again or recommend.”

The location was inconvenient, the staff unhelpful, and the amenities lacking; the furniture was awful and the floor felt sticky and slick in some spots.

When I tried to check in, they couldn’t locate my reservation even though I supplied the booking form; the front‑desk lady didn’t ask anyone else for assistance. The next day I received a call with no voicemail left, followed by 8–10 more calls whose transcripts listed odd, unrelated names, so I ignored them. On the roughly 10th call I answered and a woman claimed she was from the hotel and that I had left luggage in a room; I told her it wasn’t mine because I never checked in, and she agreed. She called back and repeated that I had left luggage, but I reiterated that I never checked in and the luggage wasn’t mine. The whole situation seemed very disorganized.
