The staff was very friendly, there were no wifi issues, and the bed was super comfortable. The ice machine in my building was gone; no one told me and I followed the sign for ice around like an idiot. I had to go to the front desk, and the same woman who checked me in said, “Oh my bad, your building doesn’t have an ice machine anymore.” The pool was also closed.

The staff were fine, but the room needed a lot more cleaning; I couldn't sleep because the neighbors next door were slamming doors, swearing, and making noise all night.

The location was good, but the room smelled awful and the AC made a loud noise. I paid an extra $25 in cash for early check‑in, yet the late check‑out wasn’t granted until 12 p.m., and I felt rushed out of the room.

The staff and breakfast were good, but the only issue was unrelated to the facilities. When my friends and I went to the pool, a group of people entered the area and started smoking very strong marijuana cigarettes. They sat upwind from us, and when we moved to the other side of the pool they were at the far end with their feet in the water. Their presence made it impossible to avoid the obnoxious odor, so we left the pool area. I understand the changing attitudes toward marijuana, but it shouldn’t be allowed in a public area like that. Not everyone enjoys that smell, and it infringed on our rights. It would have been different if they had been courteous, asked if we minded, or sat downwind so we wouldn’t have to smell it.
