The room was very nice, roomy, and well appointed, yet there was no complimentary breakfast; a specialty meal cost over $12, which we chose not to try.

I didn't stay long, woke up early to meet my uncle, and was frustrated when the staff said I'd get a refund for leaving early but never gave it back; they told me to wait 60 days instead of the promised 4 days, which was a real disappointment.

“Paid 20 dollars for incidentals. Was told it would be returned upon checkout if we had none. We had none but no refund.”

The location was fine. The staff weren’t truthful.

“Stay was great!”

The stay was mostly great, but one elevator was running, extremely slow, jerky, loud at take‑off, and the ride was shaky.
