The view from the room – the pool – the kindness of one staff member in particular (YASHAN) as well as the front‑desk staff were great. The restaurant staff were not at all pleasant – the bedding was uncomfortable.

This hotel has the potential to be incredible but it is let down in a lot of small ways, the views from the hotel, restaurant and pool are incredible, the room has a nice shower, the food in the restaurant was amazing and the chef came over to introduce himself, the staff carrying luggage too and from the room we're very helpful and attentive. On arrival the hotel wasn't busy but no one came out to introduce themselves or help with anything, and we were made to feel a bit of an inconvenience or in the way slightly, when we were finally asked to sit down to check in, my wife was given a welcome drink, and I was not, and while I don't mind not having the drink it just felt slightly odd. The room was misleading as it was advertised as a room with a balcony, and while it did have one, the door to the balcony was locked so we were not able to use it, the room itself was okay, but it was a bit dirty. The swimming pool was stunning but because there is grass around it, which got wet as people go in and out of the pool, it turns into a bog and incredibly muddy. Breakfast was advertised 7 to 10, we got to breakfast at 07:10 and breakfast was not ready and we felt like we were in the way as they were setting everything out. Including putting food out, filling the drinks etc. For the price we paid for the room we were very disappointed and would NOT recommend this hotel.

“I would not stay there again. Food was very average for the price and lack of choices.”

The pool was great, but a few front‑desk staff members came off as rude.
