When we arrived, the toilet was leaking and stank, and the sink was leaking too. The pool water was filthy; you could smell it while swimming, so I didn’t swim after the first time. The staff at breakfast were grumpy. Breakfast was served until 10:00, but if you order at 9:45 they already look at the clock in a passive‑aggressive way. It wasn’t a pleasant atmosphere. On top of that, they stole my expensive hiking boots. I had left them in a bag next to the desk in the room, and when I asked about them I got almost no response. They just said they couldn’t find them, which is crazy because I know where they were… STOLEN and no cooperation or consideration from the hotel. CONCLUSION: I do not recommend this hotel.

The private pool, the breakfast by the pool, and the bedding were all great. Nothing negative.

The room was huge and the tropical shower was really nice. The pool was amazing too!

The staff were friendly and the pool was nice. Breakfast was included by ordering from a menu and was of good quality. The rooms were very bare and lacked a fridge. Cleanliness was also subpar. The outdoor bathroom takes some getting used to. The shower pressure was bad, and there was no bathroom water available twice.
