The staff at this hotel were absolutely fantastic - friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Unfortunately, the rest of my stay was a bit of a letdown. The room was clean enough, but not spotless, and I was a bit grossed out by the state of the bathroom - the sink and shower were clogged, and the faucets were completely out of order. To top it off, the heater wasn't working, so I was stuck freezing in my room.
