The place is close to the metro, that’s it. Pankaj from Room Service was awful. We booked breakfast included and knew it was a downstairs buffet, but they told us to order and bring it to our room. We ordered two American breakfasts and then asked for an extra fried egg and white toast because my son saw the American breakfast wasn’t enough. The menu lists American breakfast for only 20 AED. If we’d known that, we wouldn’t have booked the room with breakfast. Pankaj wouldn’t let us add another fried egg and white toast. That’s a big issue for guest satisfaction, and I don’t recommend this hotel at all for a first stay.
