The hotel is beautifully decorated. Even though most rooms face a dark courtyard, we felt very comfortable thanks to the lovely furnishings. We especially appreciated the concierge service via WhatsApp, and the staff were consistently friendly. The only downside was the location of the Deluxe room on the first floor, which is only reachable via the third floor and the hotel bar—take the lift to the third floor, cross over, then use the other lift down to the first.

Service was excellent, the spot is close to S. Marco, and the food caters to gluten‑free and dairy‑free guests, which is great for those with special dietary needs. It’s a winner on every level.
