They didn’t disclose the flooding on the 1st floor last month, and the rooms smelled terrible, like a wet cat. I’m a disabled retired veteran and my wife needs a new hip, so after one night we returned to find the parking lot closed for asphalt resealing, forcing us to park next door at another hotel 500 feet away with no crosswalk; I couldn’t see my vehicle, which worried me, so we checked out that evening and ended our Labor Day weekend early. I will never stay again with Holiday Inn Express and Suites.

No pancakes, no juices, sausages were undercooked and grey, and the staff were very poorly trained with limited English.

The hotel was super clean, the bathroom was big, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was great, though there was a slight off smell in the room and the walls were thin, but neither was too bad.

The rooms were very clean and comfy, but the location was in a very high traffic area.
