The rooms were filthy and infested with bugs, the odor was awful, and the bedding was dirty.

The staff were friendly at both check‑in and check‑out, but the room smelled like cigarette smoke and the air conditioner leaked water all over the floor, leaving it perpetually wet. The sofa was damp and unusable, the door lock was unreliable and light leaked through the gaps, though the cleaning was acceptable. The staff were very kind when we arrived and when we left, even taking us to the airport. I didn’t lodge a complaint because we arrived late and left early, eager to sleep.

“Room was basic but clean and comfortable.”

The room was exceptionally clean—floors, bathroom, linens, everything—and the night and morning staff were helpful, but there was a strong musty smell from the AC when it was cranked up, which dissipated quickly.
