The style, décor, and cleanliness were fine, but at 5:30 someone was very noisy over our room, preventing us from sleeping; we reported it to staff but they ignored us.

The place was fairly clean, but the staff were unhelpful, uninitiated, and didn’t disclose all the services; they also refused to solve problems they caused and claimed that the air‑conditioners were linked together and couldn’t be switched to warm mode, even though the reception’s unit worked in warm mode.
