The room was clean, comfortable, and there was no nighttime noise; the staff were also helpful.

The premier lounge is fantastic and a great place to relax by the rooftop pool, though the shower stall had a slight odor.

The location, fitness centre, and in‑room laundry facilities were all good, but there was a persistent smell in the bathroom that didn’t go away; our room continued to smell like the drain. The cleaning was thorough, yet the lockbox didn’t work in both rooms—one was replaced, the other was never fixed.

The place is gorgeous, spotless, and sits right behind the Pavilion; the night market is a quick walk away. Breakfast is superb and varied, the room view is stunning, the pool is beautiful, the gym is functional, and the paid laundry and dryer service is handy. The room is huge and the staff are incredibly kind.
