The hotel feels very intimate and the employees are wonderful; the atmosphere is cozy and the food is extremely tasty, while the location is excellent, just a short distance from the airport. The only downside is that the furniture now looks a bit dated compared with my 2019 visit, when the décor and cleanliness were given more attention.

The location, lobby, and staff were good. The room we stayed in was very outdated, though it was huge, and clearly needed a makeover; the sofa had stains and cigarette holes, and the bathroom tiles and grout could use a fresh coat.

The location is very convenient in the area, the staff are very friendly and give us good advice. Breakfast is perfect for us, offering Indonesian, European, and Chinese cuisine. There is plenty of food, desserts, and fried items such as tofu, tempe, and vegetable patties. Thank you for the service and friendliness. With best regards. The hotel is near Baywalk Mall Pluit, the room is outdated and needs renovation, and the bathroom is very small for EU standards.
