The location is the best on the island, and the suite itself was amazing. The staff and any help were nonexistent; trash bags stayed in common areas for days with zero smiles and zero on‑site help—even at check‑in. I spoke to the property management company, and they said they made some changes. I’d like to try again because the location and place itself were amazing, but there are many options with smiles and Mexican hospitality.

This apartment is really great with a superb sea view, far from the city’s hustle and close to the bioluminescent beach.

La ubicacion, la vista y el equipamiento del departamente es excelente. Nos encantó. Super recomendable. Le falta algun tender o lugar para colgar las cosas humedas de la playa

A slice of paradise, the fantastic view and sleeping to the sound of waves are priceless. The kitchen wasn’t spotless, but that didn’t matter since we didn’t use it. The hot shower water runs out very quickly.
