An unforgettable stay right in the heart of Toledo, just a stone's throw from Zocodover. The highlight was the spa and massages: they gifted us an hour in the Arab baths and we booked a massage—spectacular! Special shout‑out to Juli, the Venezuelan therapist, for her professionalism. The front‑desk staff were charming and super attentive. The minibar was completely free, stocked with water, juices, beer, coffee, and teas. One thing to note: the attic is accessed by a spiral staircase that can feel a bit awkward, and the upper part gets a little warm. Despite those small quirks, the positives far outweigh them. Highly recommended!

“Beautiful hotel”

The room was spacious, though at 6 ft I had to duck under the metal struts. The staff were very helpful and the room was cleaned to a very high standard. We enjoyed a great view from our room and it was very peaceful. Although we didn’t use the facilities, guests could have a bath of up to 1 hour per day, which is worth taking if you have the time. Unfortunately, we were on the top floor and had to climb a spiral staircase, which was uncomfortable for my hip. Breakfast was okay but not the best we had during our trip around Spain. Finally, the hotel should hand out a town map, which is helpful until you know the way around.

The Arab baths were fantastic, the theme was very well executed, and the staff were attentive and professional. The value for money is excellent. Definitely an experience to repeat.

“Bon sejour”

The hotel is centrally located. The staff were friendly. The décor is nice. The Moorish bath is the big plus of this hotel. The value for money is good considering the hour included in the room price. The finish of the renovations is lacking and maintenance is insufficient. Breakfast was very disappointing, advertised at 12 € on Booking and charged 15 €. It is served in the room, which has no table. The two days were identical, not any better the second day (one fruit missing, the savory tart removed, orange juice fresher but in a bottle. No eggs or yogurt). It is 18 € in the Paradores we visited during our trip, and we had quality, well‑filled buffets.

“Como digo la atención y los detalles que tienen de bienvenida hacen la estancia mucho más agradable”

The staff’s attention and the room were very nice and appropriate. The climb to the room via a spiral staircase was unpleasant, but we understood why and were warned by the hotel itself.
