I booked for myself, my son, and his two friends so they could tour ANU as a potential university in 2027; at the last moment my work commitment forced me to cancel, so I called immediately and spoke with Sanzeet, who was professional, kind, and very helpful in explaining the next steps so the boys wouldn’t miss the opportunity. Her advice was clear, kind, and respectful, and I was so impressed – you’re lucky to have Sanzeet on staff. The boys had no issues and enjoyed their brief overnight stay.
