“Perfect”

I’ve stayed at this property every August for the last two years and love it. It’s just a few minutes from the city center but still away from traffic and noise. The owner is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available, and the staff are lovely. I’ve stayed in both the suite and the bungalow, both of which I adore; they’re beautiful and very comfortable. The rooms are inside a private, gated courtyard, making the whole place feel safe, peaceful, and very private. I highly recommend it and will definitely keep coming back.

“Good rooms, very bad communication with staff and construction from 8am”

The property is nice and close to the center, comfortable. For our entire stay there was construction right next to our room from 8am to 5pm. No one warned us about this when we complained, said it was unbearable, and asked for compensation or a room change; they didn’t seem to care and no change was made. Then after checking out I spoke on the phone with the guy who manages the rooms to put our bags in storage and pick them up later in the afternoon, which he agreed to. When we came back to pick up our bags no staff was on site and I called maybe 6 times, sent several messages on booking and contacted the staff on WhatsApp directly – no one answered. We had plans for after and we had to wait 1h30 to get our bags. And they actually never answered; I had to walk everywhere around the property to find locals who then directed me to other people and then someone went to get a guy who was sleeping. It was very frustrating to be honest.

“Beautiful accommodation”

The property was beautiful, clean, chill, and peaceful. Nothing was bad in the property itself, but sometimes during the day you can hear people playing paddle from a venue a few meters behind the land. It’s not annoying since they stop about 8pm.

“Nice Hotel with bad management”

The location was clean, the bungalow was nice and has potential, and the cleaning staff was very friendly. I stayed at this property for almost a month and unfortunately had a very mixed experience. The main issue was ongoing construction work directly next to my bungalow for the majority of my stay (over 3 weeks). The noise started early in the morning (around 8 AM every day) and continued throughout the day, which made it difficult to sleep and impossible to use the accommodation as intended (e.g. working from the room or relaxing by the pool). I completely understand that construction can happen. However, this was not clearly communicated at the time of booking, and the impact on the stay was significant. What was more disappointing was the lack of follow-up. While there was some initial communication, the accommodation did not provide a concrete solution and stopped responding, even while I was actively trying to contact them regarding the situation. Overall, the location itself has potential, but the combination of undisclosed construction and lack of cooperation made the experience much less enjoyable than expected.
