The house was filthy, with an incredible stench, hair everywhere, and food crumbs all over. We reported all this to reception, but they said they could do nothing. I strongly advise against staying here.

The chalet we had booked had an ant infestation, but the reception staff arranged a different, much nicer chalet for us. We have nothing to complain about; everything was super—view, accommodation, and the park overall.

The outdoor area was fine, and the apartment was spacious enough. However, there were no mosquito nets on the windows, so the place was swarmed with mosquitoes, making for a very unpleasant experience. I had planned to travel with my family, but we had to leave earlier than expected.

I had requested a quiet room, but the neighbors were extremely noisy. It turned out that a man with children lives there permanently because of a divorce, and the noise was relentless. Even the management mentioned that they had received many complaints. Knowing this beforehand, why would they put me right next to them? The rooms also had mold, very hard beds, and I was charged 10 euros for two separate towels, which is unacceptable.

The location was great and very quiet, thanks to booking out of season. The mattresses, however, were a bit too soft and saggy.
