“Great location and facilities”
The room was very spacious and had everything you need. The location was great, right next to the hotel. A short walk around the block to Pho Hanoi Xua offers great cheap food. I had arranged a car from the hotel to the airport the night before, but the driver didn’t show up, apparently still asleep. I left 10 minutes later, which isn’t a huge deal but was annoying to sort out so early. If you book a car, just check with reception about 15 minutes before to confirm it’s on its way.
