The location is great, but there was total disregard for basic cleaning, maintenance, furniture, etc… (Fridge off, stinky and empty) The floor was wet and slippery throughout the entire area. I didn’t like anything; it was terrible in every aspect of the accommodation.

The location was good. The only downside was the lack of breakfast.

This place gives you the best bang‑for‑your‑buck around the Lagoa area. The spot is right where you want to be, and the owners actually seem to care about the guests. You get a solid stay without breaking the bank.

The room was spotless and everything was put in its place. I liked how tidy it felt, like the housekeeping crew really paid attention. No complaints – just a clean, organized space to relax.

The cleaning crew did a great job and the bed, mattress, and pillows were surprisingly comfortable. On the downside, the furniture looked pretty old, there was no three‑pin socket, and some wiring was left hanging in the room. It’s a mixed bag – comfy sleep but a few safety‑type quirks.
