I booked for three people, yet the room only had one bed; when I went to the lobby they reassigned me to another room, which also had just one bed—quite disappointing.

The location was fine, but the four‑person room we got was tiny and the sofa‑bed had a shamefully thin mattress; I had to request an extra mattress and was given a 5 cm foam pad, and the front desk staff were extremely unfriendly; we also left a ring in the bathroom, called to ask about it and it never turned up.

The location was excellent, breakfast choices were good, and the room was comfortable, but the rooms are old and there was no soap in the room.
