Riu Plaza New York Times Square

They allowed us to change our reservation and even let us check in early. Nothing else to note.

“Política do hotel é tratar os hóspedes como número, sem assistência e a ordem é faturar a qualquer custo. Não se importa”

Nada. Refeitório horrivel, fila pra tudo e pessima assistencia. Nao recomendo

The location was great. The staff was great. We had a great time. I wasnt crazy about the bathroom setup. I felt like the frosted glass wall allowed others to see my shadow while I showered. It lacked privacy

“Great location, rooms are value for money.”

Great location with easy access to Times Square, the subway, and all Manhattan's finest attractions. Very warm and friendly staff on the front desk - clean rooms with really good views. Breakfast was included, but it felt like we were all cattle in a feedlot. The breakfast food selection and quality were average at best, and staff were always in a hurry. No frills and no service

“Would stay again at better price point”

The spot’s location is spot on, and the rooms are spotlessly clean and super comfy, but the price tag is a bit steep.
