“Avoid this Place”
Nothing. Paid in advance, informed them I would arrive late after missing my flight, and was told to pay an extra R100. When I arrived, no one opened the gate and the staff member who answered earlier hung up on me. I was left stranded outside at night in Woodmead with my luggage and had to find alternative accommodation with the help of my Uber driver. After all of this, they still refused to give me a full refund and only offered half. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable
The location,the quietness was a top tier. I arrived around 3pm and they were still busy cleaning. There was dust in my room and rotten bread that I found there and dirty corridors and the swimming pool was dirty. The sheets had marks,the throw was smelling badly and the blanket .A self catering apartment without broom and dust pan? Really There water was leaking on the shower. Their beds are hard as concrete ,there’s no comfort.They need to invest in good beds. There was no security or receptionist by the gate. You need to call the owner of the apartments
