The property fully matches the description. Everything is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and always available. The apartment is comfortably sized and has two fully working air‑conditioners. The quiet and spaciousness of the place are pleasant. The kitchen could be more lavish; a coffee machine or an oven would have been nice.

We were two adults, three kids, and our dog. The accommodation was very clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly… we left with a very positive impression. Dogs are very welcome, which pleased us a lot. I highly recommend this place. There is nothing to complain about.

Very clean and the staff extremely friendly. This was our second visit and we’ll gladly return next year. Nothing else—everything’s great.

It was comfortable and clean, a bit dated but everything worked fine. In the pool, you weren’t allowed to play with a ball or lie on an inflatable. They also proactively pointed this out, which dampened the enthusiasm, especially for the kids. The staff and the owner (not the proprietor, who was cheerful and greeted us warmly) seemed uninterested and barely approachable. You’d expect them to be glad you’re there and strike up a conversation, ask if you’re having a good stay. None of that happened, and that’s a missed opportunity in my view. We had to pay the bar bill and tourist tax and then leave. There’s room for improvement.

The pools were great, the accommodation clean and hygienic, situated nicely between Sirmione and Peschiera, a quiet campsite, pico bello coffee and a little bar by the pool with friendly staff 😊. The shower water leaked through the door, leaving the floor outside the shower wet, but they are working on it 👌
