The service and location are excellent. I was with my wife at check‑in when the receptionist asked us to show a marriage certificate, a requirement that isn’t in any Moroccan hotel regulation. This unregulated demand is discriminatory and infringes on our privacy. Please clarify your internal rules and comply with the law.

The location is good if you want to stay near the airport yet still visit the city easily. The staff were helpful and supportive, and the view from the top was nice. No complaints.

I stayed in a very clean, spacious room that was well equipped, but while there was a fridge and a stove, no pots, pans, cutlery or plates were provided, so I couldn't cook for myself.
