Located 5 minutes' walk from Cambridge Rail Station, the 3-star Centennial Hotel offers free parking, Wi-Fi, and cooked breakfasts. The hotel is opposite the beautiful Botanical Gardens and within a 10-minute walk of Cambridge's historical centre and University Colleges. The breakfast was good, the location was convenient, and the free parking was useful, but the attic room could only be reached via a steep narrow staircase and, being under the eaves, it had limited headroom.

The spot was in a great place, close enough to walk into the city even though it’s a bit of a trek. The food was solid and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the bath/shower because neither of us could get in or out safely, and there were no handrails to assist older guests since the bath was too high. The stairs were a bit steep for people with limited mobility.

The reception is available until very late and works very well. I had an attic room and the shower was somehow unconfortable (this can nevertheless just apply to that specific room)

A nice little spot with super friendly staff and lovely clean rooms. It’s in a handy location, within walking distance of towns and restaurants

The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent, with the town centre reachable by walking in about 15‑20 minutes or by an easy bus ride that offered three different routes. Breakfast was very good and the serving staff were very attentive. The downside was that the stairs were very steep and there was no lift.
