The staff treated us excellently. We arrived before check‑in time and were feeling unwell, so they offered us mint tea and let us move into another available room to rest before the official check‑in. The views are truly impressive and everything was in very good condition. Highly recommended. Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

We stayed in a room with an amazing sea view, huge space, a wonderful bed, hot water—everything was incredible. The view was definitely a highlight, but what made our stay truly special was the reception and the availability of Patrick and his wife; they were very helpful, assisted us with everything we needed, and were always ready to help. The Maracaibo View without shadows was by far the best choice; the whole place is beautiful and there’s no other on the island like it. We were very satisfied.

The property sits just a few minutes from Providencia Island’s center, and the room’s view was amazing—just endless ocean. The room was spotless and very tidy. Patrick, who runs the hotel, is beyond words; he’s the best host we could ask for. His response time is under 5 minutes, he arranged everything we requested immediately, and he’s simply the kindest person we’ve ever met—always smiling, very polite, and meticulous. I would definitely recommend this place and sincerely hope to return.
