The spot right on the beach in Himare is unbeatable – the room is simple yet super comfy, and the location beats any other in town. Nothing to complain about.

We really enjoyed our stay – the room was big, spotless and stayed cool even in the heat. It was right by both the beach and the harbour, and the smaller beach nearby was quieter and less crowded, which we liked. Sun loungers were cheap and they even let us borrow a parasol. The only hiccup was an occasional drain smell in the bathroom, and getting a taxi in Himarë was a hassle, but those issues weren’t the hotel's fault.

Excellent location right on the beach. There is a parking lot (if anyone needs it). The room is very large, not less than 30 m², and has a full kitchen of 8 m² with a stove and fridge. A big terrace with panoramic views of the entire bay. 🙂 The sea is visible even from the room (if you sit at the table or on the bed), there’s a large glass door. There’s a washing machine. The promenade is nearby, many restaurants and shops with good groceries, and in five minutes you can even find a decent butcher shop—great for those who prefer to cook themselves. It’s nice to stay on the terrace late and watch the sea and lights. The photos match. Unfortunately, in Albania the music from bars and restaurants plays late into the night. We had to close the windows and turn on the air conditioning to avoid the noise. At night you hear the waves (some love it, some don’t). That’s not the owner’s fault, of course. Water sometimes shuts off for half an hour during the day. We didn’t quite understand why we weren’t offered to change the bedding and towels even though we stayed 15 nights.
